WARRANTY:
  • Basic Warranty provides protection for your hardware against manufacturer defects. The response time for hardware repair is typically 1-14 Business Days.Hardware maintenance provides protection for your business, withSame Day On-site response for hardware faults and Telephone Support.

  • HARDWARE SERVICEHardware Service provides customers with the ability to enhance service response time to ensure maximum uptime of their system.
  • Hours of coverage will vary, based on details of the agreement .The first choice you have to make is how fast you need the response time to be, Same Day, Next Day or Standard (2-5 business days).The next choice you have is method of delivery (where this choice isavailable), On-site or Pick-up. Finally, choose the hours of coverage you require.
SAME DAY HARDWARE SERVICE ON-SITE:
  • 4 hour response, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week4 hour on-site response to resolve hardware disruptions on selected hardware.
  • 4 hour response, 8 hours per day, 5 days per weekThe service call will be responded to within 4 working hours of the call being placed. The coverage is from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays.
  • 4 hour response, 12 hours per day, 5 days per weekThe service call will be responded to within 4 hours of the call being placed. The coverage is from 9.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays.
NEXT DAY HARDWARE SERVICE:  
  • This service provides an on-site response the following 'business day" before 5.00pm by a field technician to resolve hardware disruptions, unless an alternative course of action is agreed to by the customer.
HELP DESK SUPPORT:
  • This service provides support via our help desk for problems that can be resolved over the telephone or by email. All costs for parts and labour are covered by PENTAQ within these services.
